We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Advisor to join our Head Office team, working specifically with our Product departments. You'll be supporting the creative heartbeat of our business - Buying, Merchandising, Design, and Technology - as well as our Sourcing, Franchise, and Brands divisions. This is a brilliant opportunity to grow your career while helping to shape the success of our vibrant, innovative teams. You won't just be following a process; you'll be a vital part of our success, helping a fast‐paced, creative team do their best work every day. You'll work in and closely with the HRBP team and the Head of HR, leveraging their expertise while bringing your own unique perspective and energy to the team. This is a full‐time role based onsite at our Head Office in Enderby. To really understand our teams and experience the "heartbeat" of our creative work, you'll also need to be able to travel to our Market Harborough and London offices as and when required.

What You'll Take On

  • Expert Guidance: Act as a trusted point of contact for managers, offering real‐time advice on HR policies, performance, and best practices.
  • Employee Relations: Manage end‐to‐end cases, from absence reviews to disciplinaries and grievances - with a focus on fair, commercially‐aware resolutions.
  • People Development: Support our talent and succession planning, helping our teams flourish through "Oracle" tools and continuous performance coaching.
  • Data & Insights: Use tools like Oracle and Thrive to spot trends and generate reports that actually help us improve the employee journey.
  • Engagement & Culture: Help coordinate events and workshops -like Mental Health First Aid or Performance Management - to empower our managers and inspire change.
  • Proactive Support: Work alongside the HRBPs to roll out people plans that reflect our unique culture and keep pace with our constant growth.

What You'll Bring

  • HR Expertise & Law: You are an experienced HR Advisor or Employment Law Consultant with a solid grasp of UK employment law and a track record of handling sensitive cases with care and detail.
  • Relationship Building: You are a natural at forming trusted bonds. You're easy to get on with, a great listener, and a reliable point of contact for colleagues at all levels.
  • Coaching Mindset: You enjoy up‐skilling others, helping managers become more self‐sufficient and confident in leading their teams.
  • Tech & Data Savvy: You are comfortable with HR technology and curious about how AI can streamline workflows. You enjoy using data to find root causes rather than just fixing symptoms.
  • Adaptable & Commercial: You thrive in fast‐paced environments and understand the business side of retail. You're always willing to "muck in," assist with routine tasks, and carry out project work as needed.
  • Clear Communication: You have exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to draft professional documentation and present ideas in an engaging, down‐to‐earth way.
  • A Genuine Interest in Fashion: You don't need to be a trend expert, but a natural affinity for the style world helps you connect authentically with our creative teams and understand what makes them tick.
  • Integrity & Commitment: You demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and a deep commitment to honest, responsible HR practices. You're ambitious, driven, and ready to go the extra mile.
