This is a brilliant opportunity to grow your career while helping to shape the success of our vibrant, innovative teams. You won't just be following a process; you'll be a vital part of our success, helping a fastâpaced, creative team do their best work every day. To really understand our teams and experience the "heartbeat" of our creative work, you'll also need to be able to travel to our Market Harborough and London offices as and when required.
What You'll Take On
- Expert Guidance: Act as a trusted point of contact for managers, offering realâtime advice on HR policies, performance, and best practices.

- Clear Communication: You have exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to draft professional documentation and present ideas in an engaging, downâtoâearth way.
- A Genuine Interest in Fashion: You don't need to be a trend expert, but a natural affinity for the style world helps you connect authentically with our creative teams and understand what makes them tick.
