We are looking for an eCommerce International Product Manager to join our International eCommerce team at NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicester. The role offers a competitive salary range and exciting benefits.

The Role

As the eCommerce International Product Manager you will be responsible for profitably growing sales across your divisions and working to improve the customer product onsite experience internationally. You will have accountability for key functions such as sizing optimisation, return data analysis and product exclusions at the country level. You will build good relationships and work collaboratively with product and eCommerce teams to identify and communicate potential opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse large datasets (using Google Analytics and under/over index reporting) to identify market trends, category opportunities and onsite optimisations that drive customer experience and ROI.
  • Own the divisional product trading growth strategy (e.g., Menswear, Footwear), driving actionable plans into regional teams rather than focusing solely on regional updates.
  • Act as the primary senior contact for product, branded, and third‑party trading teams, delivering performance updates and operational insights to senior management.
  • Benchmark gender and category sizing against competitors to understand specific international market requirements.
  • Collaborate with tech and site operations to manage sizing data, conversion guides, and self‑serve tool mapping rules, tracking their impact on onsite metrics and return rates.
  • Oversee the onboarding and flawless onsite execution of new product, brand, and celebrity launches – tracking planned volumes versus live inventory.
  • Partner with UK production and branded teams to monitor line availability by country, resolve item count discrepancies and manage regional exclusions.
  • Work with translation and search teams to maximise localised content coverage, optimise regional Tone of Voice (TOV), and execute PDP requirements for LLM enrichment.
  • Audit product attributes to fix incorrectly attributed lines and run page tests that increase conversion, AOV and international review rollouts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Clear passion and interest in product.
  • Proven experience within the eCommerce space, with a relevant role or environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Comfortable using web metrics and data to deliver actionable trading insights.
  • Clear understanding of customer behaviour and how to target specific audiences.
  • A champion of testing and continuous improvement, regularly feeding in new development ideas.
  • Strong knowledge of the eCommerce landscape and awareness of customer trends in different countries.

Benefits

  • 25% off most NEXT, MADE*, Lipsy*, Gap* and Victoria's Secret* products (when purchased through NEXT)
  • Company performance based bonus
  • Sharesave scheme
  • On‑site nursery available; OFSTED outstanding in all areas
  • 10% off most partner brands & up to 15% off Branded Beauty
  • Early VIP access to sale stock
  • Access to fantastic discounts at our staff shops
  • Restaurants with great food at amazing prices
  • Access a digital GP and other free health and wellbeing services
  • Free on‑site parking
  • Financial wellbeing – Save, track and enhance your financial wellbeing
  • Apprenticeship – Grow and develop on the job whilst gaining a qualification
  • Direct to Work – Discount online and in‑store, collect your items the next day for free from your place of work or local store
  • Support Networks – Access to network groups to empower and celebrate each other
  • Wellhub – Discounted flexible monthly gym memberships with apps, PT sessions and more
