About the Role
The role provides essential hands‑on support across model and non‑model shoots, assisting photographers, stylists, and senior team members to ensure smooth, high‑volume production. You will support digital files, file naming, and image tracking, for both studio and location productions. You will be responsible for digital operating using Capture One, assisting photographers with lighting and digital set‑up, and maintaining digital continuity across sets. A core part of the role involves accurate file management, capture logging, and asset tracking to ensure timely upload of product imagery, and creating moodboards after each shoot. Beyond the digital focus, you will also support the physical smooth running of the studio, including keeping set areas tidy, ensuring shoot materials are stocked, and assisting with kit preparation for off‑site shoots. You will maintain internal logs and accurate shoot documentation, contributing to overall studio efficiency through clear communication and adherence to internal workflows.
About You
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- An excellent communicator and team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude, comfortable taking initiative to solve problems quickly.

- Comfortable working under pressure and managing changing priorities.
- A fast learner, eager to grow and contribute to a collaborative creative team.
- Willingness to assist in both studio and off‑site settings.
- Flexible and adaptable to support a variety of creative and production tasks.
- Experience using Google Workspace (G‑Suite) and Mac OS is preferred.
- Full UK driving licence is preferred.
- An interest in fashion, photography, or e‑commerce content production is required, with practical experience working in a studio being a plus.
