Based at our Head Office and working alongside our central Retail team, you will design and build scalable reporting solutions that transform how we monitor and interpret performance. What You’ll Take On- Collaborate with business colleagues to translate complex commercial needs into clear, tangible analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Query and analyze large-scale data from our modern lakehouse environment, using SQL or Python within Databricks to extract and prepare data for reporting.
- Create inspiring, accessible visualisations in various formats to clearly showcase the KPIs and commercial trends that shape our future.
- Evolve your expertise by keeping pace with technical advancements, finding innovative ways to embed advanced analytics into standard business reporting.
- Empower the wider retail team by acting as an analytics subject matter expert, delivering training that drives high-quality self-service data exploration.
