The Role
Are you the type of person that would be excited to work creatively to ensure the best product photography for the non-clothing ranges is in place? This role needs someone to show a keen eye for fashion and style trends, an enthusiasm for online retail, balancing both the creative and commercial whilst having a positive approach. You will need to be someone who can see the bigger picture and stay focused on detail at the same time, keeping the product, brand direction and final image outcome at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Take On
- Work closely with the product imagery manager to plan and finalise photography for all non-clothing ranges to include Swim & Beach, Nightwear, Lingerie, Shoes & Accessories and the License Brands including SELF, Russell & Bromley and more across all shoot levels.
- Have a strong understanding of fashion, lifestyle and social media trends with an interest in interiors, art and design.
- Collaborate with design and buying to translate the season/product direction to final photography in line with the brand DNA.
- Research fashion, styling, street style and influencer trends.
- Research new talent such as photographers, art directors, stylists, hair & makeup and models.
- Work to processes that ensure product imagery is shown correctly on the live site.
- Create clear photo shoot briefs to communicate the range and shoot requirements to the Art Directors/Studios.
- Assist with styling across non-clothing product in line with the product image direction and reflecting the latest seasons trends.
- Work closely with women's coordination team on all photoshoot processes.
- Ensure product details and styling direction are translated to shoot documents clearly.
- Use interactive documents and department systems to communicate and plan photoshoots from review stage to final imagery.
- Edit photoshoot imagery in line with the creative brief and photography requirements.
- Liaise with womenswear ecommerce teams to communicate the seasons key trend and product messages.
- Collaborate with the photo studio to develop both worn model, motion and still life photography that can be used for both selling and marketing purposes.
- Liaise with buying teams to ensure accurate sample handover for photography deadlines.
- Assist on special projects and internal presentations which require up to date product imagery.
- Ownership of handling photoshoot samples to support coordination where needed.

- Likely to be degree level educated with a love of fashion and image making, as well as good knowledge of online fashion markets and emerging styling/imagery trends.
- Good understanding of design software, Adobe Creative Suite and competent on a Mac.
