Responsibilities
- Lead range development to create commercially successful collections aligned with The Set’s vision and brand DNA.
- Drive fit and quality leadership: conduct fit sessions, ensure garments meet the highest standards, and oversee lab‑dip and strike‑off approvals.
- Collaborate with suppliers to streamline processes, ensure quality, and maintain timely delivery.
- Negotiate costs, meet key performance indicators, and secure competitive pricing.
- Analyze sales and trend data to identify new opportunities and shape future collections.
- Build and nurture cross‑functional relationships with Marketing, Design, and other key divisions to ensure seamless alignment.
- Maintain impeccable taste for Jersey and woven ranges with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Passionate trend‑led buyer with knowledge in Jersey, heavyweight, nightwear, loungewear, and soft accessories.
- Hands‑on experience developing own‑label designs and leading collection launches.
