The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

A minimum of 2 days a week in the Clients' offices and 3 days at NEXT. Working Pattern: 5 days in office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Specialist to drive the growth of our Brand’s full-price sales across NEXT UK and NEXT International. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key player in shaping the brand’s presence and success within a leading retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Grow the Brand’s full-price sales through NEXT UK, NEXT International and SEASONS where applicable.
  • Build partnerships across key stakeholders at NEXT – including Buying, Merchandising, Design and Marketing teams – to accelerate brand growth and maximise business opportunities.
  • Build partnerships with the Client’s senior leads.
  • Support budget planning, option planning and ranking.
  • Support the Buyer on product assortment using insights from previous/current seasons and brand information.
  • Identify growth opportunities through label data analysis.
  • Continuously review sales by size and update size guidelines.
  • Support in-season trading and replenishment; use the Brand’s available stock file for quick decisions.
  • Implement and review performance of Label Plus, continually reviewing conversion to stock and discontinuing slow lines.
  • Optimise international sales opportunities through data insights.
  • Review markdowns and returns-to-stock.
  • Conduct regular competition analysis.
  • Ensure new AI functionality is implemented.
  • Perform daily operations checks to ensure SLA compliance, live items, refurb queries, etc.
  • Collaborate with brand leads to ensure best-in-class content and brand assets are utilised.
  • Deliver brand messaging through copy, imagery, tabbing and social media exposure based on tiering.
  • Ensure the product is placed in all relevant BAU campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment with NEXT’s sustainability vision.
  • Drive traffic initiatives in collaboration with marketing and clients.
  • Support implementation of SEO enhancements.
  • Report sales weekly/monthly and drive action to support growth.
  • Organise monthly and quarterly performance meetings.
  • Follow through on all meeting actions.
  • Attend relevant internal client meetings.
  • Attend all buys.
