Design and support product ranges for Womenswear soft woven tops including blouses and shirts. Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast-turnaround designs as needed. Demonstrate a strong sense of creativity and design direction. Research and recognise key trends across colour, silhouette and fabrics, translating this into elevated, customer-relevant products. Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style. Collaborate with designers, buyers, merchandisers, technologists, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to spec. Support with project-based collections as well as main range development.
Responsibilities:
- Design and support product ranges for Womenswear soft woven tops including blouses and shirts.
- Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast-turnaround designs as needed.

About You:
- Must have woven design experience ideally on Womenswear and/or Girlswear.
- Must have strong experience of creating, using tech packs and briefing to manufacturers.
- Experience & knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for this role.
- Having strong teamwork and people skills is a must for this role.
- Experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage.
- Ideally you will have Retailer or Supplier industry experience.
