About The Role

As a Team Leader at Victoria's Secret you will work alongside a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.   • Customer Experience - through your passion for our products, you will be delivering an exceptional customer experience to all our customers, from helping them find the perfect product to helping them complete their purchase at the till.
  • Brand Bra Experience - providing our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice as to their size and what styles suit their needs best.
  • Visual Merchandising - with the training provided you will be owning the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find the products they need, and the things they didn’t even know they needed.
  • Lead by example - you will lead by example, energising the team and making sure the team has everything they need for their shift to make it run like clockwork. You will make sure the team maintain our high brand standards and that our customers receive a personalised experience every time they visit.
  • Store targets - you will support the management team to achieve key KPIs across the store, approaching everything we do with an eye on sales growth and profitability.
  • Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, including managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
  • Store Operations - you will carry out opening and closing activities, including key holder duties in line with company processes and procedures.
  • Executing the new - you will support with new product launches, floor set moves and audits across the store, ensuring you and all team members are trained ready to complete all tasks required.
