About the role
In this role you will manage the booking‑in and reporting administration processes for product testing. This includes booking test submissions in line with current procedures, supporting evolving automation phases, carrying out contract reviews, creating and issuing test reports to product teams, checking reports prepared by others, tracking pricing within agreed timeframes, managing sub‑contracted external submissions, performing various administrative duties, and providing technical support using your knowledge of textiles. You will engage closely with product teams to build effective working relationships and contribute to the smooth running of the laboratory by supporting testing areas as needed.
