About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Label Operations Assistant Manager to join our team, working with our premium Total Platform partners including: Reiss, Joules, FatFace, and JoJo. This pivotal role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring a seamless journey for our products from intake to customer delivery. Total Platform is an exciting business-to-business online service that offers Brands a full solution for eCommerce, including website, warehousing, logistics, customer care, marketing and customer data management. We drive brands\” online business forward including innovations, sales, operations and technology developments.
In this role, you will be responsible for the ingestion and processing of all product data, from initial setup to stock delivery. You’ll proactively manage key areas like item maintenance, international exclusions, size plans and loading and coordinating multibuys.
This role also involves supporting our commercial and ecommerce teams. You will help prepare internal trading packs, provide insights for our main board trade, and share key trading insights with our Total Platform brands. You will also work closely with ecommerce teams to ensure products go live quickly and support any onsite marketing requests.

As a great communicator and problem-solver, you will build and maintain strong relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. You will be expected to react to brand and internal queries, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions that drive efficiencies and innovation across the business.
