Role Overview: As a Sales Manager you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. You will manage all aspects of the store, support the Store Management team across all product areas, and ensure operational efficiency, safety and compliance with commercial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Management team across all product areas, back-office, and run the store when needed.
- Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met.
- Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires the team to deliver their best.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
- Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
