Role Overview
Hours and Shifts: 7.75 hours per week. Tue 18:45‑22:00; Fri 17:00‑21:30
The Delivery Team Member works as part of a fast‑paced store team with the core goal of efficiently processing product stock so it is available to customers quickly. When required on the sales floor, outstanding customer service skills are essential. The role is supported with flexible working options.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process stock – scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting away.
- Ensure stock is gorgeously presented and placed on the sales floor or correctly stored in stockrooms.
- Maintain operational areas clean, tidy, and organised.
- Offer fast and friendly service to customers from back‑ or front‑area of the store, including sales‑floor duties.
- Work as part of the store team and report to a Coordinator or Manager.
