As an Assistant Store Manager you will maximise sales, drive efficiencies and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team to be their best. Your experience in leading, coaching and motivating a high‑performing team will be crucial to your success.
Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring the team to perform at their best and step up to cover the store when required.
- Create an environment where delivering excellent service, achieving performance targets and accurate stock processes are central to the business.
