Position Summary
The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures customers receive the best online experience and customer service. You will support and encourage your team to meet performance targets, ensuring returned items are refunded quickly and stock is ready to fulfil orders.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store management team across the back of house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
- Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
- Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to perform at their best.
- Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
- Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
