About the Role: As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, helping customers find the perfect product and completing purchases at the till.
- Provide the Brand Bra Experience, offering expert advice on sizing and suitable styles.
- Own visual merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers discover items they need and new styles they didn’t know they wanted.
- Maintain store standards, front and back, including managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adherence to health & safety procedures.
