The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
To be a successful Home Design Consultant your top priority will be to advise customers on their specific requirements and develop their ideas to create a new look within their homes. When you’re needed to work on the sales floor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. In return for supporting all company policies and procedures and having a great attitude to work, we will invest in you and your development from day one. Flexible working options are available.
Responsibilities
- Visit customers’ homes or conduct virtual meetings to suggest creative ideas that suit their needs and personality.
- Provide a safe environment for customers and for yourself during home or store visits.
- Use your flair for design and listening skills to identify what our customer wants.
- Clearly communicate product lead times and costs for your customers’ design proposals.
- Work to targets with the opportunity to earn an additional bonus.
Qualifications
- You take pride in your work and will always strive to ensure the customer receives the best possible service.
- You are experienced in colour and furnishings with a natural flair for interior design.
- Able to come up with design ideas that are functional, inspiring and within budget.
- Flexible and proactive – working to times that suit our customers’ busy lives.
- An outstanding communicator who can support customers throughout the consulting process.
- Comfortable organising and hosting virtual meetings where applicable.
- Full driving licence and a car owner.
