Working pattern: 5 days a week, core hours 8 am – 6 pm.
Job Description
- Lead the growing Girlswear design department on a fixed‑term contract.
- Inspire a team of designers and assistants, guiding trend direction, design initiatives and growth for a multi‑product category.
- Recruit and develop the Girlswear Design team.
- Oversee the ongoing development of the team, providing strategic direction and day‑to‑day support.
- Identify and communicate new, growing and declining market trends with the wider design team.
- Communicate the company vision, set clear goals and keep the team highly motivated.
- Maintain strong relationships with the immediate team and collaborate with other key stakeholders across the Children’swear category.
- Travel for global trade shows, inspirational trips and factory visits.
