Our Garment Technology teams work hard to ensure the quality of our Next product is always of the highest standard. Working alongside Designers, Buyers, Merchandisers, and Fabric Technologists, this role is key to the entire product development process from start to finish.

Developing Menswear product areas, focusing on front-end product development, fit, technical innovation, and product improvements, while fostering collaborative relationships with the Product team.

Approving and progressing ranges, ensuring quality standards, providing clear communication internally and externally, and managing supply base expectations.

Managing in-season quality reviews, auditing, and utilizing information to improve quality.

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and learn from experienced professionals in the Menswear Garment Technology team at Next.

About You:

You are a team player and a leader with strong people skills. You have extensive technical experience, an eye for detail, and may be managing an assistant garment tech. You possess good knowledge of pattern, construction, and manufacturing methods, and are proactive in generating and implementing new ideas.
