Join NEXT as a Finance Coordinator – Compliance and play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of our supplier and customer network. We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Finance Compliance Coordinator to oversee onboarding and risk monitoring of over 5,000 suppliers and customers. Based within Finance Operations, this business‑critical role supports a team of 6 and works closely with Compliance, Legal, and Business Directors.

You’ll manage end‑to‑end compliance processes, assess suppliers from an anti‑money laundering and fraud risk perspective, and continuously improve monitoring practices to stay ahead of emerging risks. Strong judgement, data skills, and collaboration are essential, especially as we transition to a new ERP system. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and coordinate all compliance‑related steps for supplier onboarding or changes, ensuring timely and accurate completion across all stakeholders.
  • Conduct in‑depth anti‑money laundering and fraud prevention reviews, escalating issues where necessary and applying sound judgement.
  • Monitor and assess ongoing risk across our supplier and customer base, enhancing business‑as‑usual (BAU) processes to address emerging compliance threats.
  • Use data and analytics platforms to streamline risk oversight and strengthen decision‑making.
  • Support the team through the implementation of a new ERP system and contribute to process development during this transition.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in supplier due diligence and onboarding processes.
  • Working knowledge of compliance within a regulated environment (ideally financial services).
  • Studying towards a certified compliance qualification (desirable but not essential).
