Overview
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, from helping customers find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – provide a brand bra fitting experience and give customers expert advice on sizing and style.
- Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers discover items they need and those they didn’t know they needed.
- Store Standards – maintain store standards front and back, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, support loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.
