The predicted salary is between 43000 - 43000 £ per year.

We are looking for LGV Class 1 Drivers to support our operations based out of South Ockendon, Thurrock, Essex. All shifts operate on a 5 days out of 7 rota which includes weekends (2 in 10 full weekends). The shifts start between 10:00 and 17:30, totalling 42 hours per week. Base salary of £18.06 per hour plus 11% London weighting (approx £43,300). Additional premium rates, weekly overtime x1.3, rest day working x1.5 and a Driver bonus scheme are also paid.

What You'll Take On

You’ll be a part of our critical operation transporting clothing and homeware products to our stores in the South East along with some trunk runs. Our Drivers should demonstrate a Safety First mindset, where nothing is placed over the safety of yourself, the public or your colleagues.

What You'll Bring

Class 1 C+E license holder with a CPC card, minimum one year HGV driving experience, maximum six points on your license, and no penalty points or convictions. Successful applicants will receive two days of training from a Driver Development Coach (DDC) and will be aligned to a Manager for additional support beyond training.

Premium Rates

  • Weekend premiums (06:00–22:00)
  • Saturday – £3.00 per hour
  • Sunday – £5.00 per hour
  • Night rate (22:00–06:00)
  • Sunday–Thursday – £3.00 per hour
  • Friday – £5.00 per hour
  • Saturday – £7.55 per hour (until 30/09/26)
  • London weighting – 11%
