About the role:

The Product Content Transformation Assistant will support the Product Content Transformation Lead in improving the e-commerce product onboarding and optimisation process. This includes assisting with new AI initiatives, NEOS development, and further ePim enhancements. They will work closely with the Lead to support the transition of ePim/NMT into NEOS, the new onboarding and optimisation system. The focus will be on enhancing process efficiency, identifying new onboarding strategies, and leveraging AI and automation to improve workflows without compromising quality. They will help train users on NEOS and serve as a support contact for usability queries. As NEOS evolves, they will assist in driving system enhancements and supporting development changes.
Additionally, they will help implement AI efficiencies across the product content team, support the UK trading team with commercial reporting through AI insights, and contribute to AI and automation projects to improve processes, reporting, workflows, and systems within NEOS.
About you:
- System Support: Assists with NEOS development, supports business training, and acts as a contact for usability issues.
- AI & Automation: Supports AI initiatives, assists with training, and helps manage errors.
- Process Improvement: Analyzes workflows, assists with NEOS briefing requirements, and recommends automation solutions.
- Collaboration: Works with Product Content Leads and other teams to improve workflows within NEOS.
- Documentation: Contributes to user documentation for new systems and AI tools.
