The Product Content Assistant will be responsible for the hands-on processing of product data and content for online publication alongside actioning commercial optimisation opportunities. These optimisation opportunities will be focused on SEO enhancements, actioning of updates from commercial testing to enhance on-site product copy and imagery updates, working with reporting to devise the workload based on commercial ordering.
About you:
- Offshore Team Management: Trains and briefs the offshore team, delegates tasks, ensures clear priorities, and drives process improvements.
- Product Onboarding: Processes products within the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate entry of descriptions, images, and attribution in alignment with stock availability.
- Content Optimisation: Owns product titles, descriptions, SEO banner copy, attribution, and imagery, implementing SEO best practices and supporting A/B tests.
- AI & Automation: Adopts and identifies ways to use AI and automation in daily workload, offshore team workload and uses AI to implement opportunities for efficiencies.
- Collaboration: Liaises between departments, collaborates with Trade, PC Transformation Lead, POs, Studio, and Product Teams, and escalates complex issues to the Product Content Lead.
