We have some NEXT lifers in the team with over 30 years of combined experience from a variety of backgrounds meaning we have a real mix of inspiration brought to the table. Alongside our long standing team members, we certainly are not adverse to change and development - in fact our team is fast growing which is why we are looking for talent to join us now!

You will be part of a supportive Admin team of 4 and you will be the dedicated PA to part of the eCommerce Management Team.

This position is a part time position, 25 hours per week, based in the office full time in Leicestershire.

Salary: £18,666 (£28,000 FTE)

  • Dive into extensive diary management for our Senior Management team, ensuring schedules are impeccably coordinated.
  • Process tasks in the HR system for new starters, role changes, leavers, moves etc.
  • Proactively support your Senior Managers to ensure managers are fully prepared for upcoming meetings.
  • Showcase your autonomy by proactively predicting and managing diaries without supervision.
  • Support in the organisation of events and arranging offsite meetings.
  • Handle the completion of UK and foreign expenses on behalf of managers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compile all travel documentation and pertinent information for travellers, ensuring a smooth journey.
  • Manage booking travel in the UK and overseas.
  • Supporting the department of 375 in all queries relating to IT equipment, seating, catering requests, HR systems queries, meeting room requests, social activities in the office etc
  • Due to the nature of the role, the role will be office based

About you

  • You will bring a wealth of experience in diary management, adeptly juggling schedules with precision. Your proficiency in PC skills is solid, allowing you to navigate digital platforms efficiently.
  • Demonstrating the highest levels of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy, you handle sensitive information with care. With previous experience supporting Senior Managers, you’re well-equipped to excel in this role.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure. You will also have the ability to tackle various administrative tasks to support the wider department with efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring seamless operations.
  • You will have Google Suite experience and have the ability to quickly learn the different admin systems we have in place. Any experience with HR Systems would be an advantage.
