Shift Schedule: 37.50hrs p/w; Sun 10:30 - 17:30; Mon 13:15 - 21:30; Tue 13:15 - 21:30; Wed 09:00 - 17:15; Fri 10:45 - 19:00.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the store management team across all product areas, manage back of house, and run the store when needed.
  • Manage a team to deliver outstanding service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
  • Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires the team to perform at their best.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
