About the role: At NEXT we have a great opportunity for an In-Store Display Assistant to join our Field Display Team on a temporary contract for 12 months. This role is based in and responsible for our stores in Merry Hill & Solihull.
Main Tasks:
- Outfit building, dressing & styling of all mannequins and VM features within our stores.
- Drive sales by reacting to seasonal trends & changes, and updating where stock has sold out.
- Collaborate with the store team and regional VM team on VM fixture positioning and stock layouts.
- Occasionally support the regional display team with seasonal window changes.
- Assist in placement of signage and graphics to enhance the visual impact of displays and communicate promotional messages.
- Regularly inspect and maintain displays to ensure they are clean, organised, and in good condition.
- Adhere to store policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, while performing display-related tasks.
- Complete security training tasks as required.
- Communicate regularly with store management teams to collaborate workload.

- Previous experience in retail, visual merchandising, or a related field preferred.
