About the Role

As a Warehouse Administrator at our fast‑paced Doncaster site, you will play a vital role in keeping our operation running smoothly by overseeing the accurate and timely movement of our stock. Working alongside warehouse management, head office teams, and external suppliers, your detail‑focused approach will ensure our inventory is always exactly where it needs to be. Whether you are new to our specific systems or already have a background in logistics, NEXT will provide you with all the necessary training and support to help you settle into the team and succeed from day one.

What You'll Take On

  • Manage and monitor the daily stock file, making accurate adjustments to keep our inventory up to date.
  • Conduct thorough reconciliation investigations and produce clear, practical reports for the management team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Quality & Compliance department, merchandisers, and technologists to handle faulty items and update rework reports.
  • Utilise warehouse systems and web screens daily, including PWMS, Mainframe, and Paragon, to track stock and investigate any load failures.
  • Act as a key point of contact, liaising professionally with internal teams, management, and third‑party suppliers to resolve queries efficiently.

What You'll Bring

  • Solid experience in an administrative role, with a background in warehouse environments or stock‑tracking activities being highly beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with people across different departments.
