Working Hours

38.50 hours per week: Mon 08:30-17:00; Tue 08:30-17:00; Wed 08:30-17:00; Fri 08:30-17:00; Sat 10:45-19:45.

About The Role

As a Department Manager at Victoria’s Secret you’ll be a key part of the management team, ensuring the success of your store and inspiring the team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience every day.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find and complete purchases.
  • Lead by example, energise the team, ensure shift runs like clockwork, maintain high brand standards, and provide personalised customer service.
  • Support the wider management team to achieve key KPIs across the store, focusing on sales growth and profitability.
  • Maintain store standards, front and back, including managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and health & safety procedures.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards with the Visual Team; ensure team adherence to visual guidelines.
  • Cultivate active listening and idea sharing with the team and broader store partners.
  • Carry out opening and closing activities, including key holder duties.
  • Support new product launches, floor set moves, and store audits, ensuring teams are trained to complete all tasks.

About You

  • Previous retail management experience in fast‑paced store(s) with a record of managing and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to manage a team to achieve objectives that drive strong performance and results.
  • Passion for retail and desire to create a unique experience for every customer.
  • Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for learning and product knowledge.
  • Leadership with purpose – engaging and developing the team around brand enthusiasm.
  • Build valued relationships with customers, team, and wider business teams.
  • Collaborative mindset to develop the designated team.
  • Team player who is flexible, supportive and contributes to a positive working environment.
