Delivery Manager – Glasgow Braehead (N98796) – Next

31hrs p/w; Sun 09:00 – 14:30; Mon 09:00 – 17:00; Wed 10:00 – 15:30; Thu 07:30 – 15:30; Fri 14:30 – 20:30. Flexible working options available.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achieved.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management as needed.
  • Create an atmosphere that motivates and inspires the team to perform at their best.
  • Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems, and driving high stockroom and stock processing standards.
  • Ensure our stock is presented and available to customers as soon as possible.
