About the Role: A Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures customers receive an excellent online experience and customer service. You will support and encourage your team to meet performance targets, ensuring returned items are refunded quickly and stock is packaged and ready to fulfil existing online orders.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Store management team across the back‑of‑house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
- Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an environment that is operationally efficient, safe and targets‑oriented.
- Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring the team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
- Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team.
- Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times in order to meet business needs.
