About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, from helping them find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – provide bra fitting experience, giving expert advice on sizing and suitable styles.
- Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find what they need and discover new items.
- Store Standards – maintain store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, help loss prevention, and adhere to health and safety procedures.
