About The Role: As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, from helping them find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – provide brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on sizing and suitable styles.
- Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find what they need and discover new items.
- Store Standards – maintain front‑and‑back store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, assist loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.
About You:
