About the Role
- Be responsible for the Bath & Body Works experience, which includes passionately advising and selling products whilst being an ambassador for the brand and maintaining the Bath & Body Works space.
- Love all things fragrance, with a keen interest in keeping up to date with what’s new in the fragrance and skincare market.
- Offer warm, friendly and professional service at all times, helping customers to find the perfect gifts and goodies, demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Bath & Body Works training and take control of your own development.
- Maintain health and safety policies for the team and customers, and always work safely according to guidelines.
