As an Assistant Store Manager at Victoria's Secret you’ll play a key role in the management team, ensuring store success and inspiring the team to achieve targets and deliver the best customer experience every day.
Job Description
- Lead from the heart – train, coach and inspire your team, setting them up for success and developing them to be stars of the future.
- Be a role model – motivate and engage your team to bring to life the brand values every day, promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere and celebrating success.
- Have your mind on the customer – be the friendly face to every customer, always putting their needs first and planning ways to personalise and maximise the customer experience in store and ensuring your team does the same.
- Hands on operations – work with the Store Manager to manage the store P&L and key KPIs across the store, focusing on profitability and controllable costs (hiring, rotas, payroll, customer success, stock control).
- An eye for visuals – execute high brand visual standards with support from the Visual Team and ensure your team does the same.
- Open eyes and ears – cultivate a platform for active listening with your team and sharing ideas with wider store partners, ensuring your voice counts.
- Your feet on the ground – maintain store safety and compliance, manage product launches, floor set changes, store audits and stock counts, H&S policies and keep the store efficient and safe.
About You
- A wealth of experience – demonstrate retail management experience in a fast‑paced store with a record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs and manage a team to deliver strong performance.
- Passion for retail – enjoy creating unique experiences for each customer in front or back of house.
- Lead with purpose – engage and develop your team, sharing shared enthusiasm for the brand.
