Starting salary £ £20.87 per hour (depending on experience) plus comprehensive bonus and benefits

We\’re blazing the way for modern British Manufacturing from our home in Armthorpe, Doncaster.

As a Production Shift Manager within our furniture manufacturing team, you will be responsible for a team of Production Supervisors to ensure daily KPIs are achieved to deliver business operational plans. You will regularly hold Production meetings to present shift requirements and provide accurate reporting data on our Woodmill, Upholstery and Support Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring Lean manufacturing across the shift, problem solving complex workflow issues and working under pressure.

You will work alongside Health & Safety and Quality teams to meet exceptional standards. By liaising with the Maintenance team, the Production Shift Manager will ensure equipment runs smoothly to reduce system downtime.

The Production Shift Manager will be a competent manufacturing leader who is able to build relationships and communicate effectively. You will drive continuous improvement and a healthy culture within the factory environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Shift Manager who loves working in a fast paced production environment where no day is ever the same. Being \’hands on\’ will be in your nature.

Previous Manufacturing (ideally within Furniture Manufacturing) and people management experience are essential.

You will be a confident communicator who is competent to lead manufacturing operational teams.
