About The Role

As an Assistant Operations Partner at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll support the Senior Operations Partner in driving efficient, customer-focused retail operations across the business. Working closely with teams across Merchandising and Retail, you’ll help build strong cross-functional relationships and support processes that improve productivity, elevate the customer experience, and drive sales performance. You’re accountable, curious, and have a solid work ethic, allowing you to operate autonomously. Whether supporting a new store opening, a relocation, or the day-to-day running of existing stores, you’re someone people can rely on to keep things moving, and to find the answer when needed.
