Step into a role as a Supervisor working in one of our retail stores where you will lead the sales team by example, using an excellent understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service, ensuring your team does the same. Flexible working options are available.
About You:
As a Supervisor you will think commercially and have the ability to work with the Store Manager to create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand. Working with the management team, you will support the development of the sales team and ensure customer needs and wants are met. You will also assist in setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards and in store efficiencies to drive profitability.
You will need to have previous experience as a retail Supervisor or a Senior Sales Assistant ready to progress your career. Our Supervisors are at the heart of our stores - product experts who bring everything together for the benefit of our customers whilst gaining valuable, career-building experience.
