We are looking for a Affiliates Marketing Executive to join our Affiliates Digital Marketing team, based at NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicester with a competitive salary range of £31,000 - £44,000.

Affiliate Marketing is a key growth channel in NEXT’s International Marketing strategy. Working closely with digital and trading teams, the affiliate team drives customer acquisition through strategic partnerships with influencers and partners - boosting brand visibility, traffic and sales through data-led, creative campaigns.
About the role:
As the Digital Marketing Executive on Affiliates, you will be responsible for activity in international markets. You will support in delivering our Affiliate marketing plans to maximise the profitable acquisition of new customers and generation of sales from existing customers via multiple publishers and influencer partners.
What else is involved?
- Liaising with the affiliate platform and next teams to onboard revenue driving partners
- Working alongside key internal stakeholders, plan and execute activity.
- Analyse platform data to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Work with the partners to explore new and innovative opportunities.
- Work with the creative, promotion and commercial trading teams.
- Opportunities to develop and manage the growth strategy for international market(s)
About you:
- A marketing professional with experience of and a passion for affiliate marketing.
- Interested in driving measurable business impact through marketing activity.
- A self-motivated & highly organised, with the ability to drive activity forward.
- Creative and inquisitive with a commitment to professional development.
- Attention to detail.
- Comfortable with receiving briefs and turning them into action.
- Effective team player; with a proactive approach to their work week.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience managing campaigns outside the UK is highly desirable.
- Understanding of influencer platform technologies such as Awin, Rakuten, Partnerize etc. and some understanding of tagging requirements across web and app.
- Familiarity with incrementality/lift studies and Cookie based tracking and their application in affiliate marketing is a plus.
