About the Job

The Shoot Coordinator is responsible for the end‑to‑end coordination of weekly e‑commerce and product shoots.

This role manages the critical path of shoot samples, coordinates with stylists and buying teams to align with brand vision, and oversees the post‑production workflow to ensure high‑quality imagery is delivered on time.

  • Pre-Shoot Coordination
  • Monitor and manage weekly shoot samples to ensure all garments are shot according to delivery dates and schedules.
  • Work closely with stylists & Model Booker to allocate products, assigning models and styles that best align with the brand vision while keeping "In Stock Not On Site" (ISNOS) levels low.
  • Work closely with buying on product intake and priorities, raising any discrepancies with the team.
  • Brief the Sample Assistant on studio shoot decks and assist in packing and sending products to external locations.
  • Work with the Model Booker in forecasting model options a month in advance to stay on track with budgets.
  • Post-Shoot Coordination
  • Oversee the Sample Assistant to ensure shoot products are checked and returned to relevant departments promptly.
  • Ensure any samples not shot on the assigned date are returned to the brand's priority deck.
  • Manage the edit process, file final images for retouchers, and provide feedback based on mark‑ups to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Ensure all retouched images are uploaded online for live dates and filed within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Work closely with our external admin team on priorities and best ways to work.
  • Send weekly OPR reports to Buying and process all invoices relevant to the shoots.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of models, and creative resources within the fashion industry.
  • Partner with Project Managers on production for campaign shoots, including searching for locations and finalizing crew.
  • Act as a mentor and role model to Shoot Assistants, leading daily production meetings to effectively manage workloads.
  • Manage the external support team in Pune to ensure delegated tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of models, and creative resources within the fashion and photography industry.
  • Excellent understanding of departmental critical paths and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Prompt and professional communication, ensuring all daily queries are answered within 24 hours.
