About the role… As Senior Stylist you will be responsible for shaping and driving creative styling for our inhouse brand Friends like These. Consistently managing multiple projects and timelines, responsible for styling across all brand touchpoints from ecommerce to campaign.
This role will be perfect for you if you are already operating at mid to senior level working in both ecommerce and campaign/editorial styling.
You will be…
- Spearhead the creation of captivating and on-trend looks for all Love & Roses shoots, injecting a fresh perspective while maintaining brand authenticity.
- Elevate the product, staying commercial and true to Love & Roses brand identity.
- Actively engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to board meetings, providing insightful feedback on shoots and spearheading styling profiles.
- Produce comprehensive style-outs, ensuring styling decks are meticulously updated and promptly submitted for stakeholder approval.
- Consistently evaluating and raising the bar of styling through a keen eye for detail and deep understanding of proportion and fit as well as body types.
- Leading product focus on set.
- Collaborate seamlessly with all stakeholders including buying, and marketing teams to decode fashion trends and strategically integrate them into our business, considering customer demographics, seasonal relevance, and end-uses.
- Foster dynamic partnerships with the creative team, including creative directors, photographers, retouchers, and external freelance collaborators across a diverse range of shoots.
- Lead and mentor junior stylists, providing invaluable guidance, constructive feedback, and fostering their professional growth.
- Proven track record in the fashion industry with a dynamic and commercial portfolio showcasing your versatility and expertise.
- Stay in tune of fashion trends and understand how to apply to our customer.
- Creative flair and passion for visual composition and attention to detail.
- Confident in busy times with the ability to act quickly and be reactive in a calm manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - strong presentation skills a bonus.
- A proactive team player adept at cross functional collaboration.
