About the role: You will design and create beautiful prints that are distinctive to your dedicated brand handwriting. You will have creative and artistic flair with fresh, new and innovative ideas. We are passionate about print and are looking for someone who loves it as much as we do.

You will be:
- Responsible for driving the print direction and delivering commercial and inspirational prints that our customers will love.
- Identifying key prints, colours and trends for the season and interpreting them to suit the Lipsy customer.
- Supporting the print manager to create print trend boards and drive newness across departments.
- Creating beautiful, elevated repeat AOP prints and engineered placements.
- Understanding pricingâmarginsâdesign to price point.
- Preparing print packs for factories to clearly understand.
- Building and maintaining great relationships with our Design and Buying team.
- Presenting new print designs and trends to the Lipsy Design Team and management.
Your Talent:
- Have excellent knowledge of print techniques.
- Previous experience working in a high street, print studio or supplier environment.
- An expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Be flexible, open to feedback and take a collaborative approach.
- Able to design trend relevant and commercial prints.
- Broad understanding of current competitive marketplace.
- Able to translate trends into a commercial way for the customer.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills and be able to work with the team.
- Great organisational skills and the ability to adjust to changes and work flexibly.
- Demonstrate a canâdo attitude and resilience.
- Selfâmotivated and eager to learn.
