You will personally find the businesses worth pursuing, get in the room with the owner or MD, run the conversation that uncovers the real cost of their current operational chaos, and close them on a deployment. You will build your own pipeline from scratch, using every channel available to you. There is no established playbook here. You will be building it as you go, alongside the founders, and what you learn will shape how every deal after yours gets closed.

We are looking for people who have already proven they can do this. Not people who want to learn how. People who have personally sourced, qualified, and closed complex B2B deals with no inbound support, who treat their own pipeline like it's their own business, and who have the resilience to keep going when a deal falls through and the hunger to find the next one before anyone tells them to. This is a founding sales role inside a pre-launch, stage-appropriate startup. No brand recognition yet, no case study library, no marketing engine feeding you leads.

  • Exceptional communication and commercial instinct, with the ability to read a room and know when to push and when to let silence close the deal
