The role

We are looking for a hands‑on Growth & Content Executive to help explain our product, educate the market and build our audience.

You will create and publish content, support paid campaigns and help turn complex AI ideas into clear, useful messages for business owners and employees.

This is a full‑time, office‑based role in Nottingham.

What you will do

  • Film and edit long‑form and short‑form video content.
  • Help run our You Tube and Linked In channels.
  • Create adverts, social posts, landing‑page copy and campaign variations.
  • Support campaigns across Meta, Google and Linked In.
  • Help promote and capture workshops, launches and customer stories.
  • Track performance and produce clear weekly reporting.
  • Test different messages and improve them using real data.

Who we are looking for

You will need

  • Strong video‑editing ability.
  • Evidence that you have created something independently.
  • Clear written communication.
  • Good organisation.
  • Curiosity about business and AI.
  • A willingness to test ideas and learn quickly.

Helpful, but not required

  • Experience with paid advertising platforms.
  • Basic Canva, Figma or Adobe skills.
  • On-camera confidence.
  • Experience with analytics or social media.
