This role is critical in supporting thier integrated HR and financial systems, with a focus on ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient payroll processing and financial operations through Workday. If you bring both technical Workday expertise and functional knowledge of finance/payroll, this is an exciting opportunity to bridge business needs with technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations
• Build and manage integrations between Workday and third-party systems
• Configure and support Workday Financials and Payroll modules, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
• Create and maintain custom Workday reports
• Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles, and regression testing to ensure consistent platform performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll data accuracy, integrations, and compliance configurations.
• Monitor integration performance, conduct root cause analysis, and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
