We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Consultant to join a leading consultancy delivering high-quality SAP solutions across multiple industries. You will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules for end clients, ensuring optimal asset management and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support SAP PM implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions
  • Configure SAP PM module, including:
  • Maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Work order management
  • Notifications and breakdown maintenance
  • Preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
  • Integrate SAP PM with other modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO
  • Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support defect resolution
  • Deliver user training and create functional documentation
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments (ABAP, enhancements, interfaces)
  • Required Skills & Experience

    • Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP Plant Maintenance
    • Experience working in end-to-end SAP project lifecycles
    • Knowledge of integration points with SAP MM, PP, and other modules
    • Strong understanding of maintenance processes and asset lifecycle management
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams

    Desirable Skills

    • S/4HANA experience (PM/EAM)
    • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, or engineering
    • Familiarity with mobile maintenance solutions or SAP Fiori apps
    • SAP certification in PM or related modules
