We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Project Manager to lead the delivery of a ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance implementation programme within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of a ServiceNow GRC project
- Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Oversee project plans, RAID logs, governance, and reporting
- Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and delivery tracking
- Support deployment of GRC modules including Risk, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management
Required Experience
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow GRC/IRM projects
- Strong stakeholder and programme management skills
- Experience delivering Agile or hybrid projects
- Good understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
Desirable
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-GRC)
- Experience in financial services or other regulated sectors
