Key Responsibilities
- Reception & Front of House
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and candidates, providing a professional and welcoming reception service.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and managing email enquiries.
- Maintaining meeting rooms and ensuring a positive experience for guests.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries.
- Administration & Office Support
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, filing, reporting, and onboarding administration.
- Managing office supplies, facilities, and maintaining an organised and efficient working environment.
- Assisting with the coordination of company events, team activities, and employee initiatives.
