We are partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to help drive the successful delivery of large-scale SAP transformation programmes. This is a senior role, ideal for someone with a strong track record of managing complex SAP projects and leading high-performing teams across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, building strong client relationships
- Oversee multiple SAP workstreams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR) and ensure seamless integration
- Manage and mentor project teams, including functional and technical consultants
- Drive programme governance, risk management, and quality assurance
- Support business development activities, including proposals and client presentations
- Ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards in SAP delivery
Key Requirements
- Strong background in SAP implementations (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Experience with delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
