We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Programme Manager to lead a large-scale ServiceNow transformation programme for a major banking client. This is a long-term contract opportunity requiring a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives within highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow transformation programme.
- Manage programme governance, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Drive programme planning, reporting, and executive-level communications.
- Ensure delivery follows regulatory, security, and operational requirements within the banking sector.
Required Experience
- Extensive experience as a Programme Manager delivering large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and enterprise implementations.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-million-pound transformation initiatives.
- Background delivering programmes within banking or other highly regulated industries.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers, system integrators, and offshore delivery teams.
